FREE Waste Tire Amnesty Collection Event - Palo Cedro

On Saturday, November 2, 2024, the Shasta County Department of Resource Management welcomes Shasta County residents to dispose of their used tires for FREE at Redding Christian School (21945 Old 44 Drive) in Palo Cedro. This event will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is open to all Shasta County residents. Staff will be on hand to unload tires from vehicles. Last year, Shasta County collected almost 13,000 tires at collection events, and this success was made possible by residentsb active participation. Each tire disposed of properly not only reduces health and safety issues in our community but also helps clear properties of unsightly tires. We truly appreciate the efforts of each resident, and together, we are making a difference.
