The Community Toy Chest is a FREE Community Holiday Toy Exchange for Shasta / Tehama County families.
The holidays are magical, but they can also be really hard. I grew up with a single mom on a tight budget, and I remember what it felt like when providing the basics came before making the holidays feel special.
