Join us for the Thursday Ritual, a self paced sauna and cold plunger experience. Whether you need some time for yourself or you come to socialize, there is a place here for you. This is a sill paced sauna and cold plunge experience that includes shared access to the sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and lounge area. THIS IS A PRIVATE LOCATION AND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
