The Bayanihan Association of Northern California (B.A.N.C.) is a nonprofit organization founded to preserve Filipino culture and foster unity among Filipino-Americans in Siskiyou, Tehama, and Shasta Counties. Guided by the spirit of bayanihan—community cooperation—it promotes cultural events, supports local businesses, and encourages leadership.
