Habitats Packaged Homes and Design Habitats began as an Interior Design Studio in 1978; the owners worked in the design and construction business since 1965. Two of the owners have degrees from UCLA in design and we have our General Contractor’s Class B license. We worked with one of the owners of PMHI on the Interior Design of their home in about 1985 and were interested in the concept.
