RAIN Rescue is operated by a group of individuals with the intent to tackle areas of animal care not currently being addressed in our community. We are the only rescue organization that serves Shingletown, Manton, Viola, Hat Creek and Old Station.  Our main focus is rescuing lost, abandoned, abused, neglected, or unwanted animals.
