The S.N.A.P. (Spay Neuter and Protect) organization started in 2018 with the mission to provide our community with a low cost spay/neuter voucher program to help reduce the number of unwanted and unaltered cats and kittens. S.N.A.P. also operates an adoption program to provide cats and kittens in need with a forever home where they will be safe and loved.
