You're invited to SoulShape, a church in Redding, CA that meets on Saturday evenings at 6 pm at Misteletoe Elementary School.  SoulShape is a new way to pursue God as he makes us like Jesus and unites with us in love. We focus on authentic friendships, healing the heart, and inner transformation. We are committed to your soul's health and will help you any way we can. See Ephesians 1:17-19.

The meeting will begin with a stretching and relaxation session on mats or chairs, with reflection. Next is a social break with snacks and drinks. Then we will have a few worship songs, a short message, and reflection time.

(We will supply a mat if you don't bring one. Gym clothes work best. You can just take in the music if you don't want to exercise.)
