Wilda's Grill started in 2011 and opened it as a hot dog restaurant where they could sell a few grill favorites and their spiced Wilda's Mustard. The Buddha bowl made it on the menu at the last minute and quickly became a local hit. With an eclectic menu that serves multi-ethnic foods as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes, Wilda's offers a truly unique food option in Redding and the North State.
